Pilots - Send a E-mail with 3 Dates to the HFTI or a FTI with the Heading Pilot Training.
ATC - Send a E-mail with 3 dates to the HATI or a ATI with the Heading ATC Mentoring.
If One of the Department Mentors is Available on one of those Dates, It will appear in the Calendar.
It is your responsibility to check the calendar a DAY in Advance of all of your Mentoring sessions so you do not miss it.
